Thank you for choosing Online Solutions UK. I take great pride in delivering a professional mobile nail service directly to your home. To ensure fairness, clarity, and smooth scheduling, the following terms apply to all bookings.
Due to the nature of beauty services, I do not offer cash refunds for services that have been fully completed.
However, your satisfaction is important to me.
If gel polish chips or an enhancement lifts within 3 days of your appointment, I will return to repair the affected nails free of charge.
This guarantee does not cover:
Damage caused by accident or misuse
Picking or biting
Failure to follow aftercare advice
Before I leave your location, I will ask you to inspect your nails. Any changes to shape, colour, or finish must be requested at that time.
Once you confirm satisfaction and I leave, the service is considered accepted.
As a mobile technician, I plan my travel schedule carefully around each appointment.
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge.
A fee of 50% of the service cost will apply.
The full service fee (100%) will be charged if:
Cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the appointment
I arrive and cannot access the property
You are unavailable at the scheduled time
This policy reflects reserved time and travel costs.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
The deposit is deducted from your final bill.
If you provide more than 48 hours’ notice, I will transfer the deposit to a future booking.
Deposits are otherwise non-refundable.
I allow a 15-minute grace period.
If you are not available within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show, and the full fee may apply.
To provide the best service, I require:
A clean, flat working surface (such as a table)
Two chairs
Adequate lighting
Access to a power outlet
If hard gel or acrylic removal is required, this must be disclosed at booking. Failure to do so may result in:
Reduced treatment time
Additional fees
Cancellation if it impacts subsequent bookings
For hygiene and safety reasons, I cannot provide treatment where there are:
Fungal infections
Open wounds
Severe inflammation
Contagious nail conditions
If I determine that treatment is unsafe, I reserve the right to refuse service. A call-out fee may apply where travel has already occurred.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If a service is not carried out with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repeat service or appropriate remedy in accordance with UK law.
This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
