By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. The Mobile Service

I provide professional mobile nail services at your requested location.

To carry out the service, you must provide:

  • A clean, flat surface (such as a table)

  • Two chairs

  • Adequate lighting

  • Access to a power outlet

  • A safe, smoke-free environment

For hygiene and safety reasons, pets must be kept in a separate room during treatment.

If a safe and suitable working environment is not available, I reserve the right to refuse or cancel the appointment.

2. Bookings & Deposits

Securing Your Appointment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill.

Confirmation

Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been received and written confirmation has been sent.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

As a mobile technician, I organise my daily schedule and travel route around confirmed appointments.

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee. Deposit may be transferred to a future booking.

  • 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the total service fee is payable.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: 100% of the service fee is payable.

If I arrive and cannot access the property, the appointment will be treated as a no-show.

4. Late Availability

I allow a 15-minute grace period.

If you are unavailable 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, the appointment may be cancelled and the full service fee will remain payable.

5. Satisfaction & Repairs

No Cash Refunds

Due to the nature of beauty services, I do not offer cash refunds once a service has been completed and approved.

3-Day Repair Guarantee

If gel polish chips or enhancements lift within 3 days due to a technical fault, I will repair the affected nails free of charge.

This does not apply to:

  • Accidental damage

  • Picking or misuse

  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions

6. Health & Safety

I cannot perform treatments on nails with:

  • Fungal infections

  • Open wounds

  • Severe inflammation

  • Contagious nail conditions

If I determine it is unsafe to proceed, I reserve the right to refuse service. A call-out fee may apply.

You must inform me of any allergies or skin sensitivities before treatment begins.

7. Pricing & Payments

Prices may change over time; however, the price confirmed at booking will always be honoured.

Additional travel charges may apply for:

  • Locations outside my standard service area

  • Parking fees

  • Congestion or toll charges

All additional fees will be discussed prior to the appointment where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

I will provide services with reasonable care and skill.

I am not liable for:

  • Damage resulting from failure to follow aftercare advice

  • Allergic reactions where allergies were not disclosed

  • Indirect or consequential losses

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.

9. Force Majeure

I shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, illness, accidents, or government restrictions.

10. Privacy

I collect your name, address, and contact details solely to manage bookings and provide my services. Personal data is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
